1. Shipping Method and Charges:
- The method and route of shipment are at the seller’s discretion unless the buyer provides explicit instructions in a timely manner.
- All prices are FOB (Free On Board) the seller’s facilities, which means the buyer is responsible for the goods once they leave the seller’s location.
- Applicable freight costs will be added to the invoice.
2. Title and Risk of Loss:
- The title and ownership of the product pass to the buyer when the product is delivered to the selected carrier.
3. Delivery Dates:
- All delivery dates are estimates.
- The seller will use reasonable efforts to deliver the product within the specified time, but they are not liable for any expense, loss, or damage resulting from delivery delays.
4. Returns:
- Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.
- The deadline for return is 14 days from the date on which you or a designated third party (not the carrier) takes possession of the goods.
- If a contract involves multiple shipments, the 14-day deadline starts from the date the final part or item is received.
- To exercise your right to return, you must fill out a Return Form before the deadline expires.
- The company will provide a return address where the goods should be sent.
- A refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
- A restocking fee may be charged if the original packaging has been opened, but this is at the discretion of the manufacturer.
- The buyer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
